Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skreenq platform and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

Skreenq provides a cloud-based digital signage management platform that allows users to manage, schedule, and publish content to connected display devices. The Service includes the web-based management console, the TV player application, media storage, and any related features and integrations.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties. Each workspace owner is responsible for managing the access of their team members.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to:

• Upload, publish, or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or violates the rights of any third party
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any other system connected to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or advertising to individuals
• Infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Skreenq a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our content: The Skreenq platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and features, is owned by Skreenq and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written permission.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after your free trial period. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for your subscription fees. If payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Trial accounts are subject to usage limitations at our discretion.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@skreenq.com. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skreenq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
